About Us
Since 1973, our agency has been advocating for seniors, their families and caregivers. As an Northern Illinois Area Agency on Aging (AAoA) member agency, our highly trained staff and dedicated volunteers provide services to adults 60 years old or better who live in Kane, Kendall and McHenry counties. We are happy to refer those living outside of our service area to an appropriate AAoA nearest them. We are authorized by the Federal Older Americans Act and the Illinois Department on Aging to assist seniors and their families and caregivers in accessing benefits and programs for which they are eligible. Our goal is to link seniors with resources to help them live the highest quality of life possible, in their own homes as long as safely manageable; and to assist seniors and their families in making choices and decisions when other options must be considered.
