VOLUNTEERISM
"Be of service. Whether you make yourself available to a friend or co-worker, or you make time every month to do volunteer work, there is nothing that harvests more of a feeling of empowerment than being of service to someone in need."

Gillian Anderson

Throughout McHenry and Kane Counties there are opportunities available at a variety of locations.

Volunteers are needed for one-time as well as on-going assignments. We can work with your interests or concerns in a variety of areas. Are you interested in helping with animal welfare, crime prevention, disaster service, domestic violence, education, environment, health care, homelessness, hospice, hunger, mental health or people with disabilities?

Contact Deborah Danitz, RSVP Director at 1-800-339-3200 for more information on how you can start making a difference in your community.
